When you use MailVault (StudyFlow), we collect:
- Your Google account email address and display name (via Google Sign-In)
- Email metadata (sender names, email addresses, dates) to identify subscriptions
- Subscription plan and usage data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Identify email subscriptions and newsletters in your inbox
- Process unsubscribe requests on your behalf
- Track your subscription plan usage
- Improve our services
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase/Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not store the content of your emails - only metadata necessary to identify subscriptions. Your Google access tokens are stored securely and used only to access your Gmail on your behalf.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth & Gmail API - For authentication and email access
- Firebase - For user authentication and data storage
- Stripe - For payment processing
- Vercel - For hosting
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account settings
- Export your data
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
